How to measure your wrist

Measuring a wrist with a soft tape measure
  1. Wrap a strip of paper or a tape measure snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
  2. Mark where it overlaps and measure that length in centimetres.
  3. Add about 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit, then match it to a size below.
